This weeks theme on I heart faces is surprise! Story behind the picture: My nephew had some bright blue cotton candy ice cream...he is a kid so of course it ended up everywhere. His dad decided to hose him down to wash him off. This is his face in response to the cold water.

My entry has to do with cold water, too. :)
So cute : ) I can tell he is FREEZING! I am always surprised that kids can play in water when they are freezing outside. Doesn't that just make you smile?
